Ciao Bella does not have it. I am sorry but the sauces are just marginal and the pizza sauce is missing something. Crust is barely tasty. There delivery service is rediculous. This is a poser italian restraunt and needs to adjust some recipes and lower prices.

I thought Ciao Bella was pretty decent. The prices may be a bit on the expensive side, but the portions are generous, the food is pretty good, and the service is mmuch improved over the previous establishment in that location (Mancinos, or something like that) which was the downfall of the place. But as for expensive, drive to town and back for any other decent Italian place and that's $10

I was thoroughly unimpressed with Ciao Bella. The food was mediocre at best. I was raised in a very Italian community, and I went to CBs to find a taste of home. I was disappointed. As far as CO food goes, it's ok, but it's not up to par with any Italian food I grew up with. I was not impressed with the service, either. I LOVE Cia Bella's. All the sauces are made from scratch and her Mozzarela and her desert are homemade.. You sir do not know good food. This is well worth the drive from the Springs.. try their Ditalini Nomma Gina or their Chicken Marsala..Yummmmmmmm Nice to have a place that food is not deep fried.

Overpriced and Underwhelming

Went for dinner and ate on the "full menu" side. We ordered bruchetta and calamari to start. The calamari looked like it came from Safeway's freezer (rubber rings) and such a small portion (about 10 little rings) for a big price.

Meals are outrageously priced for the quality and complication. Mediocre food at best. I believe I have tasted the same
