Dining critic candidate No. 1

Fine Vietnamese Cuisine is the perfect combination of fresh, healthy, and aromatic ingredients. Let's start with the summer roll. It is a delicate blend of shrimp, ground pork, and rice noodles, intertwined with fresh fragrant herbs, all wrapped up in a rice paper roll. Peanut dipping sauce is the perfect accompaniment. However, the special noodle bowl is what this restaurant is all about - Vietnamese BBQ. With mouth watering strips of grilled chicken and pork, succulent juicy shrimp, and a crispy Vietnamese eggroll (as opposed to the traditional Chinese type), this dish is set atop a bed of rice noodles and fresh herbs and greens. Nuoc cham is the standard dipping sauce that can deliver a chili kick according to your desired heat level. This is a hard-to-beat heart healthy lunch or light dinner entree.
The menu is limited in scope, but for tasty BBQ with an Asian twist, Fine Vietnamese Cuisine is "THE" place to go. It is addictive!

Interesting restaurant choice, however the review was limited and boring. Whay would I want to go try this restaurant?
